Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unapplied, and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not return items to the manufacturer directly.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom and wholesale nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-designed rhinestone motifs or trims
- Made-to-order garment accessories
- Discounted or sale items
- Items damaged due to improper handling or application by the buyer
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items returned with missing parts not due to our error
- Products not in their original condition
- Returns requested after 30 days (subject to approval)
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable and will be deducted.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Recheck your bank account or payment method.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- Contact your bank — processing time may vary.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged during shipping

Gifts & B2B Orders
If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive a gift credit upon return. For corporate/B2B clients, refunds or exchanges must be coordinated through the purchasing department or official point of contact.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
